This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior, strategic HR leadership role delivering real impact, with an initial 5-9 month contract and strong scope for extension or conversion to permanent. The Role As a trusted partner to the Group Executive and Senior Leadership Team, you'll lead the delivery of the people strategy into a key division, shaping and executing people plans that directly support business objectives. You'll head up a dedicated squad to deliver strategic initiatives across the employee lifecycle - from workforce planning and organisational design to talent, culture, and complex employee relations. Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing commercially minded, solutions-focused people advice. Lead organisational design and change initiatives aligned to business strategy. Drive strategic workforce planning to anticipate and address future skill needs. Partner with People Practices to design and deliver initiatives that strengthen culture, capability, and the Employee Value Proposition. Oversee complex ER/IR matters, investigations, and dispute resolution. Use data insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of people initiatives. Foster a culture of risk awareness, compliance, and continuous improvement. About You Significant experience as a senior HR business partner or people leader in a complex, matrix environment. Proven expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and culture change. Strong ER/IR knowledge with experience managing complex cases. Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Commercially astute, data-driven, and confident operating at executive level.
